The a2 Collective is pleased to introduce the AI and Technology Collaboratories (AITC) for Aging Research Program Advances in Brief series, which aims to highlight both scientific and programmatic areas of need being addressed by members of the a2 Collective. Issue 1, "Remote Vitals Monitoring Enables Safer, More Independent Aging in Place," features the work of a2 Pilot Awards–funded investigators developing novel technologies that can provide older adults, their caregivers, and their healthcare providers with improved access to crucial, clinically accurate health information through remote vitals monitoring.
