Soo Jeon, MPP, is a healthcare innovation leader and venture executive who leads Healthworx Accelerator. At Healthworx, the innovation and investment arm of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, she focuses on identifying, investing in, and scaling emerging healthcare technologies and care models that improve outcomes, affordability, and member experience—particularly in areas such as digital health, data-driven care, and new delivery models. Jeon brings a multidisciplinary background spanning strategy, venture investing, and partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, working closely with startups, providers, payers, and policymakers to accelerate adoption of high-impact solutions. Her work centers on translating innovation into real-world implementation within large health systems, helping bridge the gap between early-stage companies and sustainable, system-level change. Prior to joining Healthworx, Jeon was a senior associate with the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
