Bio

Rebecca Krupenevich, PhD, is a program officer in the Office of Data Resources and Analytics within NIA’s Division of Behavioral and Social Research (BSR), where she works on initiatives related to AI infrastructure, data sharing, and public-private partnerships. Before joining BSR, she was an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Science & Technology Policy fellow.

Dr. Krupenevich completed her PhD in kinesiology at the University of Maryland and postdoctoral training in biomedical engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also spent nearly 4 years as a graduate research assistant in the biomechanics lab at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
