I.Glenn Cohen is the James A. Attwood and Leslie Williams Professor of Law, Deputy Dean, and Faculty Director of the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School. An elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, he is a leading authority on the intersection of law, bioethics, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. He directs the Project on Precision Medicine, Artificial Intelligence, and the Law (PMAIL) and has advised the U.S. Senate, OECD, and Vice President Kamala Harris on medical AI and bioethics policy. Author of over 300 articles and 20 books, including Big Data, Health Law, and Bioethics and Digital Health Care Outside of Traditional Clinical Settings, his work has appeared in Science, JAMA, The New England Journal of Medicine, and The New York Times.
